Yes, we make Chicago Deep Dish Pizza right here in Echo Park. All of our "masa" (dough) is baked fresh daily in our bakery, and our sauces & dressings are made from scratch. Ingredients are organic & locally sourced whenever possible & we are proud to serve "imported" Chicago favorites like Authentic Hot Giardiniera. Ingredients were tasty. Reminded me of the Geno's franchise in Chicago, but I think I'd try the bar pizza next time, and I'd definitely skip that sausage patty altogether, unless you really love a massive amount of sausage.Looking forward to trying their bar pie with mushrooms next time.

Love this place! My girlfriend and I have been wanting to try this ever since we walked past it after a concert at the wiltern. The lighting is moody and romantic so of course we did the cliche thing and went on valentines day! It was perfect. I wish I could remember our servers name but she was awesome and reccomended we split a small Chicago style deep dish pizza! Guys. Girls. Who ever is reading this... it is SO good. It takes 45m to make but we ordered drinks and chilled and talked and our server had our pizza order in as soon as we sat down. Excellent beer, wine, pizza, bread. You name it, it is delicious. Will definitely be going back! Pro tip: Parking is a bit of a pain so if you shoe up past 9pm, find a free parking lot outside.
